How we work

Tender documents, PQQs and grant applications can differ from a few pages, to very complex multi-page applications with supporting documents. We have a flexible and clear way of working with you at your premises to provide the optimum opportunity to win more business.

Step 1

Initially, we will provide a free consultation to assess the tender requirements, and build an understanding of how your organisation weighs up against the application being made. We then formulate a plan of action with you on how best to tackle the work required.

Step 2

We'll then work with you at your premises on developing the content for the application. We'll work alongside you and your key staff in a way that's convenient to all, to achieve the best result. We can help with additional requirements such as creating policy documents if necessary. 

Step 3

The application is put through a final review and assessed by everyone concerned. Then, it's time to let it fly!

Step 4

There is an on-going legacy resulting from our work with you. The application process requires that your organisation's operations and procedures will have been reviewed and any possible improvements highlighted. If you wish, we will be pleased to help you harness these improvements, making your business more efficient.
